Contributed oral and poster presentations on any subject related to the conference are welcome. Send your one-page, publication-ready abstract (PDF or Word format) as an email attachment to pxrms-abstracts@cletus.phys.columbia.edu.
In the body of the email message please be sure to indicate:
When we receive your abstract, you'll be sent automatically a confirmation by email. If you don't receive a confirmation, then we didn't receive your abstract.
Abstracts will be reviewed in late October, and acceptance notification will be provided by email prior to the conference pre-registration deadline, most likely around the 1st of November. Please note that, unfortunately, it will not be possible to make any early decisions regarding abstract acceptance.
There are no formal requirements for formatting, but please understand
that we will use your abstract as-is (as we do not have the resources
to edit each abstract we receive): a printed copy of your abstract will
be included in the meeting digest, and a PDF version of your abstract will
be published on the conference web site.
Abstract Submission Deadline: 12-Oct-2001
A viewgraph projector and a computer projector (to be used with your own laptop computer) wil be provided.
